An event has been planned for Warwick for those who attended Smithfield High School.
The Smithfield High School 50th Anniversary Gala and Hall of Fame Ceremony will include plenty of opportunities for those who take part to socialize and reminisce. It will start off with a cocktail reception with hors d’oerves, followed by the dinner, which will include the Hall of Fame Ceremony. The evening will wind up with music and dancing, with the entertainment provided live by Steve Smith and the Nakeds.
The menu for the dinner will include a salad course, followed by a main course of beef, chicken, or fish, after which coffee and dessert will be served. Those who are interesting in taking part can choose to attend the entire evening or just the dance, and The Crowne Plaza Hotel is offering a special room booking rate of $149 for attendees.
The Smithfield High School 50th Anniversary Gala and Hall of Fame Ceremony has been planned for September 24 at the Crowne Plaza Providence-Warwick (Airport). The hotel is located at 801 Greenwich Avenue in Warwick. Tickets for the entire event are $65 each, while those for the dance portion of the evening are $20. A company that provides newsletter printing services will be able to create publications for events such as this that give more information about the former students and staff of the school.
