Event to offer springtime fun on the farm

A Warwick area farm has scheduled a day of family fun for this April, and it will be filled with activities that may help to make the most of the season.

The family-run farm will be opening its gates for its “Quick Hide the Eggs.” event. It will encourage the registrants to explore the site’s three-acre meadow, and admission to the function is free of charge.

To aid in planning the gathering, the organizers have asked everyone interested to pre-register. The attendees will be invited to search for eggs in the meadow, and to make the festivities even more fun, each person is asked to big a dozen filled eggs, and they will all go home with the same number. If the weather cooperates, this will be followed with some camaraderie around the campfire, to which the guests are welcome to bring along a lunch as well as their own alcohol.

Many organizations and small businesses hold special events to welcome the arrival of spring. A poster printing company may prove to be a helpful partner in ensuring the public is informed about these activities.

Serendipity Farm, which can be found at 159 Lewis Farm road in Coventry, has organized this seasonal celebration on April 9. Its Facebook page offers a link to register for the festivities.
