Children and teens with a flair for drama can take part in a free theater class at the local library.
The Warwick Public Library will be hosting the ‘Fermata Nowhere Players’. During this event, participants will learn about different theatrical genres like comedy, improvisation, and drama. In addition, attendees will be able to show off their new skills during brief performances in front of an audience.
The theater class is designed for kids from ages 6 to 18 and will take place in an environment where participants do not have to worry about being judged. Space is limited and individuals can register on the library’s website.
Along with the theater workshop, the library offers computer skill classes, board game nights, and movie viewings. Book clubs, knitting groups, and storytimes are a few other events that are often on the event calendar.
No doubt a printing company has been asked to create Flyers and other items to promote the events at the library. Handouts can be placed near the entrance and other high-traffic areas for individuals to pick up.
The theatrics will take place tomorrow, January 24, and again on January 31 from 10:30 am until 11:30 am. The event will be held in the ‘Idea Room’ at The Warwick Public Library, located on 600 Sandy Lane. For more information, contact Jayne Lear at (401)-739-5440.Get a Free Quote for Flyers
