The ‘Big Night Out’ is taking place in just over a month’s time, hosted by the Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ocean State (BBBSOS), and proceeds will go to support the organization and its work.
The theme of this year's event is ‘An evening in Paris’. Guests will get to enjoy signature cocktails, a French-inspired dinner, and a performance by a group of aerialists. There will also be an auction and dancing to the music of Nancy Paolino and the Black Tie Band.
Four members of the community will be inducted into the Magical Circle of People We Admire. This year's Legacy Award is also being presented to Bonney B. Sevellon. The winner of the award is often a pioneer who has influenced the community through volunteer or paid work.
Flyer printing companies may have been contacted by organizers to help provide a product to advertise this fundraising event throughout the area, including to nearby Warwick. Flyers are inexpensive to produce and are one of the most effective items in spreading word quickly about upcoming events.
