Painting With A Twist in North Olmsted will host a summer camp where kids can work on several paintings.
Children who like to paint may attend a five-day camp inside Painting With A Twist’s studio. Each day of the program will be dedicated to a new picture. The themes for the week include Great White Shark, Campers Have S’More Fun, and Let’s Build A Sandcastle. Children are allowed to bring light snacks and drinks to the venue. Kids who want to sit next to their friends must name their group members when registering for the camp.
Painting With A Twist is an organization that started in 2007 and was co-created by Cathy Deano and Renee Maloney. The women wanted to make a fun and positive experience for the people in their community who were impacted by Hurricane Katrina. Many activities are held at the studios, such as date nights and trivia nights. The business has more than 240 locations and has organized over 15,000 painting activities for all ages.
The painting camp will be held from July 10 to 14. Each session of the program is from noon to 2:00 pm. The cost of the camp is $125 per student, and all campers must be at least seven years old. Parents can watch their children paint without needing to pay. Businesses that hold family-friendly art programs like this may use poster printing to share their workshops with the community.
