The holiday season in North Olmsted will bring two events sure to please everyone.
The Kiwanis Club of North Olmsted and its Key Club are sponsoring a Breakfast with Santa. Attendees are encouraged to bring their cameras so they can take pictures of themselves with the Jolly Old Elf. A coloring contest is planned, as well as craft activities, and more. Admission is $7 for adults and older kids, while children eight years of age and under are $3.
The North Olmsted Noel features games and activities for children, seasonal food treats, hot chocolate, and more, including a visit from Mr. and Mrs. Claus. Entertainment will be provided by the North Olmsted High School Special Edition, and the Arlene Cassara Dancers.
The Special Edition is an acapella choir that specializes in pop songs such as “Renegade” and “It’s Raining Men.” Students have to audition to be accepted into the choir, which has performed for events such as Cleveland Indians games. The Arlene Cassara Dancers come from the Arlene Cassara Dance and Theatre Center, an academy that trains dancers of all ages.
Breakfast with Santa is set for December 7 from 9:00 am until 11:00 am, at the North Olmsted Party Center. Due to space limitations, interested parties are asked to make reservations by calling 440-427-0885 by December 2.
North Olmsted Noel is scheduled for December 8, from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm, at the North Olmsted Community Cabin. Banner printing can be used to provide suitable decorations for events like these.
