A golf outing is on the calendar in North Olmsted.
Ohio Beta Tau is inviting undergraduate as well as alumni brothers of the fraternity to the annual OBT Alumni Golf Outing. The day gives participants a chance to visit with one another about what is happening within the chapter, and with those who have already left the university. An event like this is an ideal occasion for participants to exchange Business Cards.
The fee covers the full 18 holes of golf, a golf cart, and lunch. Those who graduated in 2020, or are set to graduate in 2021, will be offered a discount. There will be loads of prizes for the longest drive, the shot that is closest to the pin, winners, and even the loser balls. A 50/50 raffle and golf prizes are planned, and mulligans and strings will be for sale.
Everyone is encouraged to attend, even if they are not champion golfers. Organizers say it is not necessary for anyone to play like “Tiger” since this is a best ball scramble. Just come out and have fun. Players who already have a foursome organized should register as a group, which will allow them to save on the fee. If anyone needs help forming a group, all they need to do is contact the organizers.
The OBT Annual Golf Outing 2021 is set for July 24, beginning at 9.00 am, at the Springvale Golf Course & Ballroom on Canterbury Road.
