Later today, North Olmsted’s Frostville Museum will be the site of a day of family fun that ushers in fall, and the holiday season.
Pumpkinville in the Valley is sponsored by the Olmsted Historical Society, and will offer activities suitable for people of all ages, courtesy of local organizations, entertainers, and farms.
Angel Bug will be providing an obstacle course; a slide and castle suitable for toddlers; plus a water and sand play table and giant keyboard.
Spring Mist Farms will bring two wagons to give rides. Admission is $7 for adults and $6 for the kids. Pony Tale Farms is bringing four ponies for people to ride for $3 each; and Neil Rozum, a magician, will be strolling the grounds as well as giving indoor performances.
There will be fresh cider, lemonade, baked goods, and roasted corn for sale. Pumpkins can be bought at Windy Way Farms’ Pumpkin Patch, and the historical buildings on the site will be open during the event.
Pumpkinville is from 11:00 am until 4:00 pm today. Children three and under are free; admission for everyone else is $1. Magician Rozum will stroll the grounds from 12.00 noon until 1:00 pm, and will perform at 1:00 pm, 2:00 pm, and 3:00 pm in the church. Top Rail will provide live music from 1:00 pm until 3:30 pm. Banner printing is an ideal method for providing decorations for events like this.
