Chamber to hold business coaching session

The North Olmsted Chamber of Commerce will hold a workshop in October with a representative from ActionCOACH.

Members of the North Olmsted Chamber of Commerce can participate in a coaching session with Mark Phelps, a certified instructor from ActionCOACH. Phelps has been part of ActionCOACH for more than seven years and has experience helping businesses reach their goals. He is also the current principal of Synchronous Solutions LLC. Phelps went to school at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and was a board member of the Heights-Hillcrest Regional Chamber of Commerce.

ActionCOACH is a company that trains businesses on how to improve their profitability with six steps, which include learning the fundamentals of business, defining a brand’s niche, and choosing the right team members. The organization was established in 1993 and has franchise members in over 80 countries. The founder of ActionCOACH is Brad Sugars, a public speaker and former business consultant who started the company in Brisbane, Australia.

The coaching workshop will be held on Monday, October 21st from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. The event is free for members of the North Olmsted chamber, and non-members can attend the session for $10.
