The arrival of spring means it is time for fun, and one of the seasonal events planned for Westbury and the surrounding communities will have area families enjoying some active time together.
As its name suggests, the 12th annual All Kids Fair will be a function that welcomes all youngsters from the area. As most of the activities will be on offer indoors, the attendees will not have to worry about the weather not cooperating, although the petting zoo portion of the celebration will be set up outside.
Activities on the agenda for the day include active ways to have fun such as bounce houses, and there will also be face painters and balloon twisters on site to keep everyone entertained. Costumed characters will be circulating through the crowd and interacting with the guests, and carnival-style snacks, games and family-friendly exhibits set up by area businesses and not-for-profits will round out the celebration.
While community events may be popular, the planners of such occasions usually find themselves having to stick to a budget. A banner printing company will be able to help by providing materials at a wide variety of price points.
The 12th annual All Kids Fair will bring the fun to Westbury’s Samanee New York Mall on Sunday, April 23. The excitement is scheduled to begin at 10:00 am.
