A Westbury area stable that offers a variety of services to the special needs community has organized a fundraising day, and organizers are hoping local residents will be generous in their support of the occasion.
Horse Ability has issued an invitation to individuals and families alike to attend its Family Festival, which will have a fall theme. All ages are welcomed to come out and enjoy the celebration, and adult tickets start at $25.00, with kids between the ages of 2 and 16 being admitted for $10.00.
The plans for the day include lots of activities, and live music will keep everyone’s toes tapping. Snacks will be prepared by a food truck purchase, and a professional photographer will be on hand as well. Pony rides will be on offer, and there will also be horse experiences as well as a variety of other fun events. The monies raised will be used to support an assortment of equine-based therapy programming.
