Many people enjoy the engineering and design of classic cars, and this will be on full display as part of an annual occasion to be hosted at Old Westbury Gardens.
The venue will see a wide selection of vintage and classic vehicles rolling in for the 57th annual Spring Meet, which is organized by the Greater New York Region, Inc. chapter of the Antique Automobile Club of America. The registration fee per entry is $20 in advance and $25 on the day of the activity.
The function will have enough space to accommodate up to 500 cars. The judges will choose the top entries in several categories, and every vehicle will need to have a fire extinguisher visible. Trophies and other awards will be presented, and all of the vehicles must be parked on the field by no later than 11:00 am. When they apply to participate, the applicants can indicate whether or not they wish to serve as a judge.
Car shows often attract a large crowd, making them a popular choice for vendors who would like to connect with local vehicle buffs. Trophies and other awards with a custom graphic design can be prepared for a competition by area Print shops.
The 57th annual Spring Meet will welcome those who enjoy the beauty of classic cars on June 4. The rain date will be June 11.
