Early June will see a special event take place in the Westbury area, and it will celebrate the area's close ties to the sea.
The Port Washington Chamber of Commerce and the Town of North Homestead have come together to host the HarborFest Dock Day and Craft Show. Offering an extensive list of activities, it will be held on the Town Dock, Lower Main Street and Manhasset Bay, and much of it will be free of charge.
Guests will be able to shop from the tables at the craft show, go for a harbor cruise, watch the display of the fireboats out on the water, and take in Art in the Park. Food, merchant displays, games and other fun for the kids, as well as the "Port Washington - Through my Lens" exhibit, will be open for visitors to enjoy as well.
Community celebrations often make use of the services of banner printing companies. They can supply a variety of types of Banners and signage, which can provide the final added touch to a special occasion.
The 2023 installment of HarborFest Dock Day and Craft Fair will be kicking off the summer season on Sunday, June 4. It will be open from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm, and a full description of what will be on offer can be found on the Chamber’s website.
