Lovers of Krispy Kreme Donuts have a chance to win some of their favorite sweet treats, when Krispy Kreme opens a Catonsville location soon. The new shop is located in a center with an Applebee’s restaurant and an Aldi’s grocery.
The new store is bringing a total of about 45 jobs with it, and is currently hiring people to work the morning shift.
Krispy Kreme plans to turn on its “Hot Light,” a company signature, at 6 am on the day of the opening. In fact, according to Sherri Koblinsky, who is the general manager of the new location, they plan to run the machine at full capacity the entire night before the opening, and keep it going for the entire week.
Customers who come to the new shop during the opening week will have a chance at winning a so-called “golden ticket,” according to Koblinsky. The ticket entitles them to a free box of twelve doughnuts every month for an entire year.
The new Krispy Kreme will open March 27, 2018, a Tuesday. The shop is in Catonsville at 6447 Baltimore National Pike. Hours for the new location are 6 am until 10 pm Sundays through Thursdays, and 6 am until 11 pm Fridays and Saturdays.
When new stores open, managers might consider distributing Promotional Products to early customers, both to say thanks, and because such items help in branding efforts.
