Couples from across Alpharetta are invited to come to an event that will give them a taste of France.
The Winter Dinner in France has been planned as activity for two. Each couple that attends will learn cooking methods and techniques that are popular in Paris. It will be taught hands on style, and the participants will have an opportunity to try out what they are learning. A printing services company can use binding to prepare bound copies of both the recipes the students will learn during a class like this and others that they can create using the techniques they have been taught.
The menu for the evening will include Lyonnaise Onion Soup Gratineé, a warm haricot vert salad, bistro style steak with a shallots and a burgundy reduction. This will be followed by a cup of Parisian-style hot cocoa. The number of students who will be allowed to attend has been limited to just 16, and those who come out will have a chance to enjoy what they have prepared. Since most of the class will be spent standing, those who plan on taking part are asked to dress comfortably and to wear appropriate footwear.
The Date Night: Winter Dinner in France will be held from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm on January 6th at Alpharetta’s Sur la Table. The cost per participant is $78.00 each, and both further information and an opportunity to register can be found on its website.
