Relay for Life to take place near Alpharetta

Those who live in Alpharetta and the surrounding area are invited to share in an activity that raises funds and awareness about cancer, and also celebrates those who have fought the disease either in their own lives or that of someone they love.

The Relay for Life in North Fulton is just one of hundreds that will take place throughout the world. It is community driven, and each is special in its own way.
In North Fulton, there will be a Welcome Reception for survivors and their caregivers. This will be followed by the opening ceremonies and the celebratory Survivors Lap, after which the relay will begin. It is intended to not only raise money, but also to be fun for all who take part.

The relay has been scheduled for May 14 at the Webb Bridge Middle School. Those who would like to take part are encouraged to form teams to maximize their fundraising efforts. All those who are able to raise $100 or more will be presented with a 2016 Hope Club T-shirt. Items such as these, along with Banners, registration Forms, and a variety of other materials, can be prepared by a company that performs printing services.

Those who would like to register to take part, to make a donation, or simply find out more are invited to visit the Relay for Life website for further details.
