First brick-and-mortar location for food truck eatery

EggRoll Boyz has plans to expand into the stationary physical restaurant business with its first location opening soon in Alpharetta.

The company presently comprises two food trucks that travel across Georgia stopping for special events and festivals, but that will soon change. In addition to the planned-for location at 5815 Windward Pkwy, franchising opportunities will be available in 2022 for stationary full-service restaurants, quick-service restaurants, kiosk units known as location-based units, and movable units such as food trucks.

It would appear that the Alpharetta location will be opening in December of this year, as the company’s website states that it hopes to open its doors in Winter 2021.

More than 20 assorted giant gourmet egg rolls are listed on the EggRoll Boyz menu, with a number of specialty fillings that include pizza, tacos, enchiladas, Cajun, buffalo, Philly cheesesteak, and jerk chicken. Each egg roll is named for a performer, such as the signature roll, “Cajun Boy” – containing cajun rice, shrimp, crawfish, Andouille sausage, and a signature remoulade sauce topping.

The Windward Crossing location is part of an office and retail space that includes restaurants, modern co-working places and wellness centers. The new EggRoll Boyz eatery at suite 211 will be adjacent to Peachy Corners Café.
