The Kitchen Fundamentals: Pasta, Risotto, and Gnocchi cooking event is set to occur in Alpharetta this February.
Anyone who is interested in learning more professionally taught cooking skills can register for this event online for a fee of $50 per person.
This informative Alpharetta cooking class will be a demonstrative event. Participants will sit and watch professional chefs prepare pasta dishes step-by-step to show each student the process of each recipe. Participants will be able to ask the chefs questions about each recipe throughout the workshop. The menu will include how to prepare standard pasta dough, then the event will delve into the preparation of specific pasta dishes including ravioli with four different cheeses and wild mushroom ragu, shrimp scampi with risotto and asiago, as well as gnocchi topped with pecorino, sage, and butter. The organizers of locally-based classes frequently choose poster printing to spread the word about the featured event throughout multiple, highly trafficked community venues.
To adhere to local health and safety guidelines, participants are asked to only attend if they have not recently experienced any flu, cold, or other symptoms of an illness. Facemasks and social distancing are requirements for all attendees.
This educational pasta cooking event is scheduled to take place at the Publix Aprons Cooking School on Tuesday, February 9 beginning at 6:30 pm.
