Spring has arrived in Alpharetta, and the community is invited to celebrate with a seasonal cooking class that will teach them how to craft dishes using the fresh ingredients that are harvested this time of the year.
During the “Springtime So Divine” session, participants will learn how to prepare a seasonally inspired menu consisting of carrot fritters complimented with a side of buttermilk cumin dipping sauce, Herbs de Provence roast chicken with zucchini gratin and chickpea mash and a dessert of lavender blueberry ice cream. Once the lesson portion of the evening is complete, the students will be able to sample the dishes for themselves, and they will also receive copies of the recipes so they can make them at home.
The registration fee for the session has been set at $45.00 each, and since a limited number of spots are available, those who are interested may wish to sign up well ahead of time so they don’t miss out. It will be facilitated by a member of the Aprons Staff. Newsletter printing can be utilized by a business that organizes events such as this to keep the public informed of its latest offerings.
May 25th has been selected as the date for the class, which will begin at 7:00 pm. Additional information and a link to register has been made available on the Publix website.
