A variety of fresh spring offerings will soon be ready for harvesting in Alpharetta, and Milton’s Cuisine and Cocktails executive chef will be using these ingredients to craft its annual spring Garden Dinner.
Chef Derek Dollar will be preparing appetizers and a four-course meal for the guests who come to the take part in the occasion. It will include selected wine pairings, and be served under the stars to the accompaniment of a cellist.
The dinner will open with small bite style apps and drinks, and while diners enjoy these, they will be welcome to stroll through Milton Acres and socialize with the other patrons. After this, it will be time for the main meal, which will be crafted from a variety of ingredients, many of which will be sourced from farms and other growers in the local area.
Tickets for this special occasion start at $135.00 each, and this includes both the gratuity and tax. Stationery printers can be relied upon to design and produce printed Menus that have been printed for a special function such as this.
The spring instalment of the Milton Garden Dinner Series has been planned for May 6th, and the appetizers will start being served at 6:00 pm.
