Alpharetta celebrates six years of local brewery

This year marks the sixth anniversary of Jekyll Brewing, located in Alpharetta. The brewery will celebrate this birthday with their community, which will involve food, music, games, and, naturally, beer.

One feature of this event is that the brewery is pairing with Angels Among Us, a local rescue for dogs and cats, and part of the proceeds from this event will go to the charity. There will also be dogs available for adoption at the event. An area will be set up for dogs to play and keep cool while their people enjoy the festivities.

Attendees will need to bring a copy of their ticket along with ID. Those under 21 will not be able to drink. Food will be available in the form of seafood, barbeque, and frozen treats. Beer from the brewery will of course be featured, and there will be multiple varieties, both old and new. Each ticket comes with a set of six pour tickets, and more will be available for purchase at the event.

General admission tickets come with the beer pours, entrance to the event, and a special anniversary glass. The VIP ticket adds a to-go pack of beer, along with entrance an hour early. The City Center ticket adds on more product to-go and an invitation to the opening of a new location in the city center.

This type of event often uses flyer printing to help advertise to customers about the upcoming event, as well as mailers. This event will run from 1:30 pm to approximately 9:30 pm on Saturday, August 24.
