There will be over 100 travel suppliers and operators attending the event, including businesses such as Cruise Groups International, The New Pelican, and Adventure Tours USA. The exhibitors at the expo will be offering attendees special packages and reduced rates. Guests can also participate in raffles and may win door prizes.
Companies that wish to join the Vacation Expo can either become a sponsor for the event or apply to be a vendor. Sponsorship packages start at $895 and include benefits like online recognition and being featured on the banner displayed on the main stage of the expo. Standard tables for vendors can be purchased for $695, which will provide a covered table and two chairs. Businesses that have stalls at exhibitions like this can use banner printing services to increase their brand visibility.
The Vacation Expo is, at the time of writing, set to be held on Saturday, April 18 from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Sunday, April 19 from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm.
