R&B stars to shine at Pompano Beach festival

Pompano Community Park in Pompano Beach will be hosting a music festival in November featuring several famous R&B performers.

The Pompano Fall Festival is an event organized by the City of Pompano Beach and T-Dogg’s Bigg Dreams Charity where listeners can hear live performances from leading R&B acts. This year’s line-up includes artists such as Freddie Jackson, Dru Hill, and Methrone. Guests who purchase general admission to the festival are expected to bring their own chairs. Musical activities similar to this can be promoted to locals by using Print shops to make Signs.

The headliner act for the music festival will be the Grammy award-winning artist Monica. Born in Atlanta, Georgia, her music career began when she was 12 and she debuted her first album in 1995. She performs at several notable venues throughout the year, like the Las Vegas Festival Grounds and Township Auditorium. Monica’s other noteworthy releases include her single titled Commitment and her 1998 album The Boy Is Mine.

The fall festival will occur on Saturday, November 27 from 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm. General admission will cost eventgoers $50, while children aged 4-12 can enter the concert for $35. VIP tickets for the festival can be purchased for $125, which will include a gift, access to a special guest entrance, and preferred seating.
