A new brewery, Old Breed Wild Ales, opened the day after Thanksgiving in the Pompano Beach Historic District. It serves custom beers, honey wines, and cider.
The owners Matt Manthe and Daniel Naumko say they want to be a little different to most breweries. They want to make drinking beer straightforward and enjoyable for customers, and do not want customers waiting in long lines and paying high prices.
They are one of the first breweries to specialize in ales aged in oak barrels, using traditional techniques from Belgium. They will have an online store for customer profiles, where they can purchase specialty release beers. On the website, they will sell regular, specialty, and vintage bottles.
The membership club for customers makes the brewery unique. The owners plan to brew three core beers yearly. They will brew two Belgian ales and wild ale.
Measuring 2,500 sq. ft. in area, the brewery is located at 50 NE 1st St. There are often food trucks near the brewery, and snack foods are served inside to go with the beers.
Wild ales are known for their tartness and complex flavors. Many of their beers will be aged five months.
With the help of Pompano Beach printing companies, restaurants, breweries, cafes, coffee houses, pubs, and diners can design of ad specialties for promotions and special deals, especially in their early weeks.
