Pompano Beach to taste the Mediterranean

People interested in improving their cooking skills can attend a Mediterranean-themed course in October, offered at Chef Alice Cooking in Pompano Beach.

Chef Alice’s Mediterranean class allows those who are inexperienced in the kitchen to help cook a tasty meal. The menu for the course will include Turkish yogurt, whole roasted snapper, and blueberry cake. Students may bring their own beverages to enjoy with the dinner. Participants will learn about skills like toasting seeds, using knives in the kitchen, and roasting. The class requires people to wear low-heel closed-toed shoes and to tie back long hair.

Alice Colin is an experienced chef who has been teaching public courses since 2005. She can also give cooking demonstrations, host private parties, and instruct children’s cooking courses. Colin has team-building classes available for businesses and has worked with companies like the Fogel Law Group, Hampton Inn, and Valley Forge Fabrics. Such educators can advertise their upcoming lessons by using poster printing services.

The cooking class will occur on October 6 from 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm. The fee for the course will cost $70 per student. Those who wish to participate must register by October 5. All attendees must be fully vaccinated to take part in the course. The lesson is non-refundable, though students are allowed to let someone else take their place.
