Pompano Beach to host senior expo

The Broward County Chamber of Commerce will organize an expo for the elderly in August at the Festival Marketplace in Pompano Beach.

Live Life to the Max is a conference where senior citizens can connect with other community members while learning about industries related to their needs. During the event, guests will receive free health screenings, refreshments, and massages. Door prizes will be given to attendees each hour, and there will be entertainment at the expo. Seniors will also receive special discounts from participating vendors.

Several industries will be represented at the conference this year, including beauty, financial planning, and home security. People can attend seminars offered by the exhibitors throughout the expo. Guests will receive an event bag with marketing materials from featured businesses and get emails from vendors after the convention is finished. Companies that join trade shows similar to this may give promotional Pens to their stall visitors.

The senior expo will occur on Thursday, August 19 from 10:30 am to 3:00 pm. General admission costs $15 when bought in advance and will be $25 at the door. People may purchase VIP tickets for $25 in advance or $50 on the day of the event. Those who buy VIP admission will receive a special lanyard and 12 raffle tickets. Businesses wanting to give a presentation at the conference can pay $995.
