The Pompano Beach Cultural Affairs Department in Florida will be hosting a 50th Anniversary Celebration of Woodstock later next month.
The 50th Anniversary Celebration of Woodstock is an event that invites the community to visit the Pompano Beach Cultural Center to enjoy a variety of '60s themed activities. People are encouraged to dress in '60s fashion to participate in a fashion show and can even bring personal musical instruments to play.
Other events held at the event include a car show, yoga instruction, and a live performance from a '60s band. Tie-die courses will be available for people to try, and Arty Van Gogh will be hosting arts and crafts on a themed school bus. There will also be a drum circle that attendees can join, in addition to a '60s themed open-mic show.
There will be multiple booths that guests can peruse throughout the festival. Eventgoers can purchase meals from the on-site food trucks will be at the celebration.
