The Bailey Contemporary Arts gallery in Pompano Beach, Florida is inviting members of the business community to join simple, yet fulfilling art classes during their lunch breaks.
The program Lunch with Art has been occurring weekly since September of last year, with each month consisting of a new batch of art classes. Every Wednesday, the gallery sets up tables in its showroom and allows those who are interested to stop by and have lunch while learning more about various Forms of art.
There will be four different Lunch with Art events in which the public can participate this February. These classes include working with watercolor paints, decorative tissue paper, and using Tape. Materials will be provided to guests who attend. When the event is finished, all participants will have a completed piece to bring home.
While the Lunch with Art program is focused on channeling creativity, the course is also a perfect chance to network with other members of the business community who share artistic interests. Guests are welcome to bring Business Cards to exchange with other students after the instructor is finished with the demonstration.
The Lunch with Art program will be held every Wednesday from 12:15 pm to 1:15 pm. The class is free to attend, but there is only enough space for 20 participants. Students can bring their lunch to the event or can purchase food from the gallery’s cafe.
