The Health and Financial Fitness Fair is taking place for two days next month. A presentation of Pompano Beach City Hall, it is suitable for adults of all ages.
This free event is set to feature workshops, seminars, and information from health and financial experts. Some of the topics covered will include retirement accounts, how to save on the monthly water bill, state and federal grants for making homes safer, and dealing successfully with stress in changing times.
There are also set to be free health Checks, chair massages and stress reduction techniques. At the end of each workshop or seminar, someone in attendance will win a $25 gift certificate.
It is likely that a number of community groups and businesses will be handing out a variety of printed materials for people to take home and study. Exhibitors also may decide to invest in promotional items such as Pens, fridge magnets, and Postcards to hand out to those who stop by their booths.
The Health and Financial Wellness Fair will be held at the Emma Lou Olson Civic Center from July 30 to 31.
