Green Market brings late fall festivities to Pompano Beach

The Pompano Beach Green Market, located on the corner of Atlantic Blvd and NE 1st Ave, begins a new season in November. The market brings fresh produce, crafts, arts, yoga, and entertainment to residents of Pompano Beach.

Hosted by the Pompano Beach Historical Society and Community Redevelopment Agency, the market offers parking on First Street and on a lot on the corner of 1st and 2nd St. Pompano has printing services that design promotional Pens for vendors in events like this.

Green Market has vendors that sell fresh fruits and vegetables, honey, boiled peanuts, ice cream, gourmet coffee, Greek food, Mexican, fresh fish, tea, baked goods, gluten-free bread, herbs, plants flowers, and health-related products.

The event offers free Yoga on the Plaza at every market from 10:00 am to 11:00 am by Yoga Home. Live music begins at 11:00 am, and there will be children’s activities art and special crafts from local artists and craftsmen on each occasion.

The Pompano Green Market hosts seasonal special events too, and partnered with local farmers to develop a community garden that just opened recently.

The Green Market reopens on November 3 from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. It will be held on November 10 and 17, then every Saturday in December. It runs until April 27. Admission is free.
