Oktoberfest is taking place in Pompano Beach this year, getting underway before October even begins.
Proceeds from this popular annual event, which is presented by the Rotary Club of Pompano Beach, will be donated to a number of local charities.
This annual celebration pays tribute to German culture and food. Guests will be able to sample German foods like knockwurst (sausage), sauerkraut (fermented cabbage), and Black Forest cake. Of course, there will be plenty of German beer for purchase to go along with the food.
There will be cultural dance performances and musical entertainment throughout the day. Guests can enjoy games, children’s activities, and local vendors selling Oktoberfest-inspired merchandise. Sponsorships are available for purchase.
VIP tickets are available for $50, and include a private bar and dining area, free local craft beer, schnapps, a German entrée and appetizer, a souvenir shot glass, and the use of indoor bathrooms.
When they want to advertise an event like this in Pompano Beach, organizers will often contact their favorite marketing services company to help them plan and advertise it.
Oktoberfest will be held on the front lawn of the Pompano Beach Cultural Center from September 29 to October 1. Tickets are $15 for adults and free for children aged 12 and under. For more information, contact the Rotary Club of Pompano Beach at 954-786-3274.
