There are two fundraisers coming up next month in Broward County with an emphasis on food.
The first event is Fine Food and Wine, which is presented by Pompano Magazine and hosted by the Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce. The event is also a fundraiser for the Chamber.
Several area restaurants will be providing samples of their food and wine, and there are also set to be giveaways. This will be a networking event for area business leaders. VIP tickets are available that give ticketholders admission to the event an hour earlier.
The next event will be the 23rd Celebrity Chefs Food Tasting and Auction, which will raise funds for the Ann Storck Center. There will be a grand tasting of the food of over 25 chefs, live entertainment, and a silent auction.
Both events will likely attract several Pompano Beach business leaders. Many of them will probably be placing a new business card printing order in advance of attending.
Fine Food and Wine will be held at Sheraton Suites in Fort Lauderdale on September 20 from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm. Tickets are $60 each or $85 for VIP. Call 954-941-2940 to learn more.
