The city of Pompano Beach is hosting the 5th annual Derby Day Fair and Fun Horse Show this May.
The event promises a day of fun for the entire family. There will be pony rides, face painting, carnival games, and a bounce house. Arts and crafts can be taken home, and each has a fee ranging in price from $1 to $3. These activities are hosted by groups such as the Pompano Fire Museum, McNab Elementary PTA, the Anne Storck Center, and Jumps for Joy, with all of the proceeds going to them.
Those providing the activities will also be providing information about what programs and services their organization provides for the community. There will also be antique fire trucks to check out, a horse show, a car raffle, a number of food trucks, and free hay rides.
