The 3rd annual Broward and Beyond small business conference is taking place next month in nearby Davie.
Hosted by the Broward County Office of Economic and Small Business Development, this year’s theme is “Opportunity has no bounds” and it is aimed at companies in all phases of development.
The day will start off with a continental breakfast where attendees can network with their peers from all over including Pompano Beach. It will give them an opportunity to exchange Business Cards.
Later, attendees can choose to attend workshops in four separate tracks including Start-ups, Non-Profit and Growth. Topics of discussion will include financing options, contracts, upcoming local projects and contracts.
Local companies will also be on hand to showcase their products and services, as well as create new connections with their business peers.
In addition, there will be a luncheon with keynote speaker Rory E. Verret from Protégé Search. There will be networking breaks and plenary sessions, and the winners of the Biz Beyond Pitch competition will also be announced, with prizes to be awarded.
