If you adore bacon, make the Bacon Bash at Esplanade Parke in Ft Lauderdale a priority. Just down I-95 from Pompano Beach, Florida, the event will benefit two local charities: Covenant House Florida and Riverwalk Fort Lauderdale.
The Bacon Bash is free and open to all ages, as well as well-behaved and leashed pets. A VIP-only (21+) area will be available by ticket purchase, with a discount before the day of the event. Visitors will have the chance to purchase pork and bacon treats from a variety of restaurants and eateries located in South Florida. VIP visitors will also get a chance to sample 10 beverages and enjoy a lounge area.
Entertainment will be provided throughout the afternoon, and visitors will also get to vote for their favorites in two categories: “Best Bacon Dish” and “Most Creative Use of Bacon.” The winners will be presented with trophies. Many businesses choose to use banner printing at events such as this one to showcase their business name and build their local reputation.
Esplanade Park is located at 400 SW 2nd Street in Fort Lauderdale, a short drive or rail ride from Pompano Beach.
