The Shining Stars Awards Luncheon is taking place next month in Pompano Beach. It is a presentation of the Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce.
This annual networking event attracts most of the top businesspeople from the city and surrounding areas. There will be plenty of opportunities for attendees to briefly talk about business and to exchange Business Cards with their Pompano Beach peers before, during, and after the sit-down luncheon.
In all, 12 awards are handed out to local businesspersons who have made an important contribution to the city. These include Businesswoman of the Year, the Founders’ Award, the Kester Award, and Businessman of the Year. There are also eight Lights of the Community awards to be given out on the day.
Businesses that want to do more than just buy a ticket can purchase advertisements for the event program. Prices range from $100 up to $500. They can also sponsor a table for $700 which includes an advertisement in the program and acknowledgment at the event.
The Shining Stars Awards Luncheon will be held at the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Pompano Beach Resort and Spa on September 7 from 12:00 to 2:00 PM. Tickets are $55 each.
