Youth Fair to run into April

The 64th annual Miami-Dade County Youth Fair and Exposition, which began this month, is continuing to Easter Sunday.

There are activities suitable for all ages at the fair, with high diving acts, magic shows, a circus, and an acrobatic equestrian show among the highlights.

Guests can enjoy concerts by such artists as Shannon, Kool and the Gang, and Gente de Zona. In addition, food and merchandise vendors will be selling a variety of items.

As is tradition, there will also be more than 100 midway rides and 50 games to play, with 22 ride coupons costing $28. For adults, there will be a beer festival. Other activities are expected to include a petting zoo, pony rides, clowns, a butterfly exhibit, live animal exhibits, and a balloon stunt show.

People from all over the area, including North Miami Beach will likely want to visit the fair before it disappears for another year. Local printing companies might be helping get the word out by providing Posters and other advertising materials.

The Miami-Dade County Youth Fair and Exposition is taking place at the Fair Expo Center in Miami until April 5. Admission is $12, or a fun card good for the entire run of the fair is $25 in advance or $28 at the gate. To find out the latest information about this event, visit the official website.
