As April approaches, many families in North Mimi Beach will be looking for activities for their children, and the city has organized a spring camp where they will be able to learn and have fun doing so.
The Parks and R.E.C. Department will be organizing the camp, which will operate as a full day program. It will include everything from field tips, to swimming, to special events. Each of the five days will have its own theme, and parents who work can access its early drop-off and late pickup times. The cost for the five days will be $75 each, but families that are not currently registered in a North Miami Beach after school program will be asked to pay an additional $30 registration fee, and a $10 field trip fee will be charged to each participant. Only a limited number of spots are open, so anyone who would like their son or daughter to take part is advised to register as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
