North Miami Beach public and police to help local kids

North Miami Beach Golfers have been asked to join forces with the city’s police in an event that will help to fund a variety of programs for local youth through the North Miami Beach Police Athletic League.

The event is open to all those who would like to participate, and it will include a full day of activities out on the links. Registration will open at 11:30 am, and the shotgun scramble start is scheduled for 1:00 pm.

Each individual ticket will cover the cost of the green fees as well as the use of a cart. On course refreshments will be available, and an awards dinner is also on the agenda. Each person who chooses this ticketing option will receive both a goody bag and tournament polo shirt. A local printer can supply an event like this with items like these, along with any other branded promotional products needed to help ensure it will be a success.

Those who are unable to take part in the golf portion of the day but who would still like to participate are welcome to choose the “dinner only” option. A silent auction has been planned to help maximize the funds raised through the event.

This special occasion that will bring the police and public together in an effort to support local youth will be taking place on April 27 at Miami Shores Country Club. More information can be found on the City of North Miami Beach’s website.
