North Miami Beach party to showcase locally sourced slow food

An evening that will celebrate locally sourced and sustainable food is on the way for the North Miami Beach area, and it will help to support a program that provides school students with gardens where they can grow fresh produce.

Slow Food Miami has organized its “Snail of Approval Tasting Party”, and it will be the seventh year for this celebration of freshly grown, local food. The planners remarked that many of Miami’s top chefs will be lending their talents to the occasion, and everyone is invited to come out and sample what they will be putting together.

The attendees of the event will be encouraged to try the dishes, spirits and craft beers that will be on offer, and afterwards, they will be able to cast their vote for their favorite ‘Bite of the Night’. The proceeds from the evening will be used to support the Slow Food Miami’s Edible School Garden Program. Logo Design and other services for this type of celebration can be sourced from a Print company.

To help make the most of the fundraising opportunity, both general and VIP tickets are being sold. The Palms Hotel & Spa in Miami Beach will be the venue for this celebration of area fresh foods, and it will be taking place on March 16. Anyone who requires further details can find them on the tasting party’s Facebook page.
