New mixed-use project completes first residential building

Solē Mia, a $4bn mixed-use project, has announced completion of the Shoreline apartments in North Miami Beach. The apartment complex is one piece of the planned 4,000 residential units within the complex.

The planned complex, which broke ground in 2015, will eventually consist of just under 200 acres of residential buildings, retail shops, Costco, an auto dealership and a hotel. Developers could work with local Print shops to obtain brochure printing services to detail what is available in the complex and where it is located.

The completed Shoreline apartments consists of a pair of 17 story buildings that have a total of 397 units. The apartments range in size from 600 to 1,300 square feet. The monthly rent for the apartments is currently from $1,700 to $3,800 for apartments as small as a studio size, and up to three bedrooms. The modern apartments have balconies, floor to ceiling windows and stainless-steel appliances.

The amenities are plentiful and include pool side cabanas, outdoor dining, and grilling areas, and a game room. Pet lovers will be able to use the pet grooming station and fitness fanatics will be able to enjoy the yoga studio, fitness center, and nearby fitness trail.

A unique lagoon will be located nearby as well. The lagoon will be open in early May and will have a full seven acres of available swimming space. Other available amenities include a car charging station, business center, club room, and concierge services available 24/7.
