A new condo development in North Miami Beach has recently broken ground.
The Barbour development, which is located on Biscayne Bay and is already 73% under contract, will contain two towers, each with 32 stories. This will provide a total of 425 residences of varying sizes.
There are units that are still available for purchase. These are sized between 1,032 square feet and 2,442 square feet, with price tags that fall between $552,000 and $1.3 million, depending on the unit’s size and amenities. The buildings are set on a large parcel of land, and will have many features that are designed for the comfort of those who live there, and also to encourage them to enjoy time outdoors.
One of the extras is an aromatherapy trail, which includes plantings of eucalyptus, chamomile, and a variety of other plants that have scents believed by some to have healing properties. Along with the plants, there will be several watering stations set up that provide water infused with botanical elements such as lemon, coconut, and green tea.
