The Miami Family Event Wellness and Lifestyle Expo is happening in Miami this September for three days. A portion of all proceeds will go to the American Heart Association.
The expo will be divided into three separate pavilions: the Senior Wellness Pavilion, the Lifestyle Pavilion and Kid's World. The former will offer health information for seniors, healthy cooking tips, question and answer sessions, free health screenings and tips on fitness for seniors. The Lifestyle Pavilion is aimed mainly at adults and it will feature a relaxation center, a golf simulator, fitness information, a hurricane preparedness area and an automobile exhibition. Kid's world will have a kid's kitchen area, a remote control racetrack, live animals, arts and crafts and an arcade.
The expo will also include cooking classes, dance competitions, raffles and wine sampling opportunities. There definitely will be something at this two-day event which will appeal to every taste.
This event is likely to attract people from all over the area including nearby North Miami Beach. Organizers have very likely been working with local printing companies to help get the word out. Those providing information to visitors in the various pavilions will also no doubt be investing in brochure and booklet printing services.
The Wellness and Lifestyle Expo will take place at the Fair Expo Center from September 20 - 22. Admission is $8 for adults, but seniors and children aged 12 and under can attend the event free of charge. For more information, call 786-594-0414.
