Afro festival with a Miami flavour

A music festival is scheduled to take place this March in Miami Beach.

The event is the Afro Roots Fest, and will feature an evening of remarkable music displays as patrons groove to the soothing tunes of heavy bass African music. There will be a star-studded performance as the show features the popular Mali duet Amadou and Mariam. The couple has made their mark on the Afro roots scene, as both are visually impaired but continue to produce remarkable music. The show will also feature Cortadito as the opening act, while radio and program host George Collinet will be on-stage as MC.

As the set changes, patrons can look forward to high-energy music as the DJ Le Spam plays music from around the world. The session will also have a complimentary meet-and-greet when it begins, in honor of the 35th-anniversary celebration of Afropop Worldwide. There will also be food and drink available for purchase.

The cost of attending the show will be $41.20. These are general admission standing tickets, which are available for purchase by using the Dice website or app. Ticket purchases are non-refundable.

Graphic design can be used as a great way of creating engaging backdrops at events like this.

The festival takes place on March 14 at the Miami Beach Bandshell. This is located at 7275 Collins Avenue, North Miami Beach, Florida. The doors open at 6 pm, and the show begins at 7 pm.
