A unique culinary experience is coming to Dana Point next month, providing residents with an opportunity to enjoy savory dishes paired with local wines.
The Battle of the Pinots Wine Dinner will begin welcoming diners and guests for a culinary experience that will showcase the best of food and wine in Dana Point. The gathering, which is being organized by Chart House, aims to display the richness of different Pinot Noir options while treating diners to a five-course dinner.
The dishes will be prepared by a professional chef and tailored to match the different wine options to provide a new experience for each diner’s palate. Organizers hope to create a symphony of flavor with each bite. Printing services can help Print one-time-use Menus for such events to provide more information to diners.
The first course will feature roasted beet ravioli and candied pistachio nuts, followed by a wild mushroom risotto dish. The crown jewel of the five-course meal is the cedar plank salmon dish served with whipped potatoes and a black pepper cherry glaze. Fire-grilled short loin will be served next, before guests are treated to a dessert of macerated mixed berries.
The Chart House restaurant in Dana Point will host the wine pairing dinner on Thursday, June 19th, starting at 7:00 PM. Tickets for the all-inclusive event are available for $140 per person online.
