Vibe Organic Kitchen and Juice recently opened in Dana Point, bringing vegan burgers, tacos, salads, breakfast bowls, avocado toast, a kids’ menu, smoothies, and soft drinks to the area.
A casual café with tables, chairs, and a counter, all foods are vegan and gluten free, and customers can order online too.
Breakfast is served until 11:00 am, with morning offerings including bagels served with cashew cream cheese or avocados. The All the Way Bagel has avocado, red onion, ginger carrots, and chipotle crema. Sunrise Scramble is a breakfast plate with cauliflower scramble, potatoes, black beans, avocados, and toast with strawberry lime jam.
There are breakfast tacos and biscuits. Waffles are served all day on weekends and come with mixed berries and bananas, or chicken with wild mushrooms, cauliflower, and gravy.
Bowls are served filled with rice, quinoa, greens, or cauliflower rice. The Bombay Bowl is made with cauliflower chickpea curry, tomato chutney, coconut cashew sauce, purple cabbage, salsa verde, and turmeric kraut.
Vegetarian burgers are made from black beans, mushrooms, and cashew served over greens or on gluten free rolls. The Budda Burger is served with almond butter with sriracha, ginger carrots, coleslaw, and barbecue sauce. The restaurant has a small kids’ menu with almond butter and jam toast, rice bowls, and hummus and veggie bowls.
