The Dana Point 5th Regiment Support Group has issued an invitation to the community to be part of a day that will include plenty of fun in the great outdoors.
Golf fans may want to save the date for the organization’s Combat Golf Tournament, which will be held at Arroyo Trabuco Golf Club. The registration price for the day is $260, and it was noted in the listing for the function that the chopper ball drop will be back.
Each registrant will be able to check in in the morning for the golf scramble, and the tournament itself will kick off at 11:00 am. The tickets include box lunch, golf, a set of range balls, dinner, and a bag of swag. The meal will be paired with a no-host cocktail bar, and an awards ceremony where the top players will be recognized is also on the agenda.
The planners of the fundraiser explained that they greatly appreciate the support of the area’s corporate community, and the Logo Design of each of the sponsors has been added to its website. Additional support will be welcome, and details about this can be obtained by contacting the organizers.
This chance for the public to take a stand behind the men and women who took a stand for them will be held on June 13. Check-in starts at 9:00 am.
