Introducing little ones to the joys of the great outdoors will soon be a lot easier for Dana Point parents thanks to an upcoming outing.
One of OC Park’s naturalists will be the guide for an excursion to Aliso and Wood Canyons Wilderness Park, and it has been planned with younger kids in mind. It is for babies up to age three, and advanced registration is necessary to join the function.
The group will visit the park for a guided walk through the location and down to the creek, and as they go, they may spot plants, birds, bugs, and other wildlife. Both parents and kids can ask questions and will be encouraged to engage their curiosity. Everyone is advised to bring a lot of water to drink, and closed-toed shoes and plenty of sunscreen are also highly recommended. Parking is available in the onsite lot, and the rate is $3 per vehicle.
Organized outings can provide a fun way for little ones to learn about the world around them. Stationery printers will be able to lend a hand with the business side of an activity by preparing Letterheads, liability waivers, and other Forms.
This guided visit to Aliso and Wood Canyons Wilderness will begin at 9:00 am on June 17. The scheduled runtime for the outing is two hours.
