Dana point’s classic cars lovers are gearing up for an activity planned with vehicle buffs in mind.
The organizers of the Dana Point Classic Car Show recently announced that the activity will be returning this summer. It will be held on Del Pardo Avenue in the community's Dana Point Lantern District, and at least 250 classic cars will be on display.
Those who enter a vehicle in the show will be eligible to win one of the awards being presented. A beer garden will help everyone to keep cool, and music, food trucks, and a vendor alley will round out the festivities. Leashed dogs are welcome, but they must be well behaved.
To thank each of the registrants for entering a car in the show, they will all receive a T-shirt printed with a special graphic design. Any companies that would like to find out or about how they can join in the fun are asked to visit the activity’s website, which includes links for sponsors, vendors, and anyone who would like to enter a vehicle.
The 2022 Classic Car Show will be rolling into the community on August 28. It will open to the public at 10:00 am, and there is no admission fee to come out and view all the entries and support the vendors.
