Dana Point planning special Halloween fun

This Halloween, Dana Point will be joining communities all across the country that have planned special events in honor of the occasion.

The city will be welcoming kids for a trunk or treat and Halloween Spooktacular. The Dana Point Community Center will be the location for the celebration, which will be hosted jointly by the Dana Point Police services and the staff and administration from the city’s Recreation Division.

The plans for the afternoon evening will include lots of games and crafts, and a Halloween maze will be on offer as well for everyone to navigate. Entertainment has been booked that may appeal to young and old alike, and the kids will be invited to enjoy a variety of treats. Outside the venue, there will be displays set up for the attendees to visit, and many of them will be distributing candy or small Promotional Products to the younger guests.

The displays that will be on offer outdoors will be set up by the police’s bomb squad, K-9 Mounted Patrol and bloodhounds. A costume parade with prizes for the kids and food trucks will round out the festivities.

Dana Point will be coming together as a community to celebrate Halloween on October 22nd. The fun will run from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm, and it will be an event that welcomes everyone.
